Update - ** Unexpected Numeric Value found:

 

We recently published an article in News in relation to the way that some test results are reported / displayed by Vision, with the result presented in the Vision Consultation Manager patient journal view as a textual note preceded by the text ‘** Unexpected Numeric Value found:’.

This issue has now been fully resolved at all sites across NHS England via the implementation of a fix that was deployed during the weekend of Saturday 04/05/2019 & Sunday 05/05/2019. Consequently, the ‘** Unexpected Numeric Value found:’ message will no longer be presented for any such future test results when displayed in the Vision Consultation Manager patient journal view.
