Controlling which Drs appear online - Patient Facing Services (PFS)
How to control which Drs appear online as available for the patient's book via PFS
All settings for PFS are accessed via Control Panel > File Maintenance (on the left) then choose the Online option via the tabs at the top (see screenshot below)
This will open the Vision Online Services settings. (See below screenshot)
Click on the Configure option next to the Appointments in the Services menu. (Highlighted in the below screenshot)
Once the appointments vision online setting box is open, you can set which clinicians, sessions, and staff are displayed or available for staff to book online.
