Revised High Risk Patient Deduction Letter Templates - England (15th July 2021)

NHS Digital have provided us with an updated Shielded Patient List (SPL) letter to use when informing your patients they are no longer considered high risk.

To facilitate you using this letter when informing your patients they are no longer considered high risk, we have turned it into a Vision 3 template letter, which can be downloaded from here.

Remember – This is a template, you should update it to match your practice protocols as required.

Important:

• For patients removed from the SPL that were added due to the Population Risk Assessment, you should still use the specific deduction letter available here.
• Previous templates should no longer be used as they do not include the most up to date advice, guidance and support for patients.
