Revised High Risk Patient Addition Letter Template - England (28th July 2021)

NHS Digital have provided us with a revised Shielded Patient List (SPL) letter to use when informing your patients they have been added to the SPL.

We have turned this into a Vision 3 template letter, which can be downloaded from here.

Remember – This is a template, you should update it to match your practice protocols as required.

Note – Vision 3 template letters should be saved to P:\WORDPROC\TEMPLATE\.

Important - Previous additions letter templates should no longer be used as they do not include the most up to date advice, guidance and support for patients.
