Reset a Vision 3 Password
A staff member with System Manager rights can reset the password for a member of staff.
- From the Vision main menu, select the Management Tools tab, followed by Control Panel.
Vision Control Panel displays, - From the lower left corner, select Security.
The view refreshes and a list of users displays. - Find the Staff member in the list, and right click on the name.
- From the menu, choose Reset Password.
- Enter the New Password, and then confirm.
We recommend use of strong passwords, at least 8 characters with a capital letter and a number - Select OK to finish.
This Function can also be used to reset Passwords for V360 and Vision Anywhere, as these changes are updated .
