Managing Patient’s Online Accounts

Once a patient’s online account is created it is up to the patient to manage their account.

You can provide patients with a link to Frequently Asked Questions (Patient) for help with many issues, such as changing their email address and username or resetting their password.

Note - Using Registration Details - Online Services - Reset Online Account unlinks the patient from the practice within Patient Services and should be used with caution.
