Managing Patient’s Online Accounts
Once a patient’s online account is created it is up to the patient to manage their account.
You can provide patients with a link to Frequently Asked Questions (Patient) for help with many issues, such as changing their email address and username or resetting their password.
For details about reprinting the Online Services Registration Letter and how to unlock a patient's account, see Frequently Asked Questions (Practice).
Note - Using Registration Details - Online Services - Reset Online Account unlinks the patient from the practice within Patient Services and should be used with caution.
