      Did you know you can hide staff with no sessions in Appointments?

      There is a practice setting in the Appointments module which allows you to hide users with no appointments sessions

      The appointments for this book owner, for example, clinician or clinic, remain hidden unless there is a session in the appointment book. It’s simple to set up:

      1. From Vision 3 - Appointments.
      2. Select Maintenance - System Constants and choose the Practice tab.
      3. Tick the Hide Users With No Sessions box.
      4. Click OK to save the changes.
