Did you know you can record an alternative correspondence address?

Some patients prefer you to send correspondence to a relative or carer.

If you add an alternative correspondence address, all mail merge letters are sent to this address regardless of what the primary address is.

To add an alternative address:

1. From the Vision 3 Front Screen, select Registration and find the patient required.

2. Select the Address tab.

3. Select Add.

4. You are prompted to select an address or communication number. Select Address and add the alternative mailing address.

5. From Type of Address, select Correspondence address.

6. Select OK to continue, you can now add a contact number for the correspondence address if required.
