Did you know you can add comments to a phone number in the new Appointments App?

The new Appointments app includes the feature to add useful information next to a phone number. For example, Works nights - only ring after 3pm.

Contact details are part of the app’s demographics view, which also includes:

• Registration details
• Patient notes
• Appointment History
• Booking new Appointments
• Carers / Patients Cared for
• Next of Kin
• Recalls

The demographics view can be accessed by either searching for a patient or selecting the patient’s name from the booking form.

Select the Pencil button to edit the contact details and add in comments.
