Coronavirus Advice For Patient Services and My Health Online (Wales)
Following requests from national bodies, the Patient Services (England, Scotland and Northern Ireland) and My Health Online (Wales) patient login screens have been updated to display the below advice regarding coronavirus:
England
Please do not book a GP appointment or attend your GP practice if you have visited or travelled through mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Taiwan or Thailand and have symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath within 2 weeks of returning, or if you have symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath after being in contact with someone with a confirmed case of coronavirus. Please call NHS 111 instead.
Northern Ireland
In Northern Ireland, please stay indoors and call the coronavirus 27/7 helpline on 0300 200 7885, even if symptoms are mild.
Scotland
In Scotland, please call your GP practice during GP hours and 111 (NHS24) out of hours. Further information on coronavirus is available at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/wuhan-novel-coronavirus-information-for-the-public Please be aware that this is an evolving situation. This information is correct as of 17:50 on 7/2/20 and may be subject to change.
Wales
Please do not book an appointment to attend your GP Practice using this online service if you’ve been to mainland China and have symptoms of cough or fever or shortness of breath within 2 weeks of returning, or if you have symptoms of cough or fever or shortness of breath after being in contact with someone with a confirmed case of coronavirus. Please call 111 instead.
